3. Current clearances within 1 year from date of application completed for the purpose of Employment:
*PA Criminal History Clearance(Act 34)
Follow the instructions to "Submit a New Record Check" online using a credit card.
*Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance (Act 151)
Create an account and then complete the online information for immediate response.
*FBI Criminal History

1KG738 - Pennsylvania DHS-Child Care Services/Program Employee or Contractor as the "service code".) Follow the online registration
and then take your printout to get your
fingerprints scanned.
